**Warranty Coverage:**
- The duration of the warranty is 1 year from sale.
- Warranty covers (defects in materials, workmanship, etc.). Goods should inspected before receipt and any damage reported.
- This warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair. This warranty also does not cover any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
- Face Recognition Locks Installation details:
· To ensure clear facial entry, please record it in a bright place before installing it on the door.
· Using face recognition should be record the user's face before installing the lock on the door, because the inner room light more clear can record the whole face.
Warranty Notes:
· If it needed to check the internal structure of the lock, you must record the entire process in a video before disassembly of the screws. Otherwise, it will be difficult for us to provide after sales service and warranty.
· With lithium battery locks, remember not to use fast charge or the use of other supplier’s lithium batteries.
· The positive and negative parameters of other supplier’s lithium batteries are inconsistent with ours, and the battery and motherboard circuit will be broken when used up.
· If you use fast charge or use other supplier’s lithium batteries which caused product damage, it will not be included in the scope of warranty, please pay attention to this details.
. **Exclusions:**
- Not covered under warranty (e.g. Unauthorized installer, damage due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, natural disasters).
- Authorized installer must provide video and/or photo of product after installation to show none performance.
- This warranty is void if any of the following conditions are met:
* The product has been modified or altered in any way.
* The product has been used with accessories or components not approved by us.
* The product has been subjected to physical or electrical stress beyond its specified limits.
3. **Claim Process:**
- Any claim report should be reported on the company website in writing immediately with 3 days of purchase.
⁃ claims will be responded to in the company ticketing system within 24 hours and we aim to resolve within 72 hours “as long as we receive goods within 24 hours from first response to assess its condition and reason for claim”. ⁃ Any claim must be supported with documentation including the returned product itself including a photo or video of the product and what is deemed to be its fault, unless clearly visible and doesn’t need explaining.
4. **Repair/Replacement:**
- Products reported by authorized installer will be replaced immediately. Authorized installers under agreement must bring back faulty products in full and follow claim procedures.
- Defective products will be repaired or replaced depending on agreement reached.
- Customer will carry charges of shipping costs for returns, or can buy from and return to the company showroom/dealer.
5. **Installation Requirements:**
- Installation shall from an approved technician “company or authorized third party”, in the case of DIY or using other technicians installation guide will be provided, but at the customers risk.
- Failure to adhere to installation instructions will void the warranty.
6. **Product Care:**
- Actions may void the warranty (e.g., improper use of devices, opening the device, using unauthorized accessories).
7. **Limitation of Liability:**
- Liability is limited for any consequential or incidental damages due to device use “direct or indirect”.
8. **Returns and Refunds:**
- We offer no refunds, but will happily repair, replace or offer store credit, unless otherwise stated, promoted or advertised officially by the company, as long as warranty terms apply.
9. **Dispute Resolution:**
- Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or mediation, and lastly if none of the previous had resolve through legal action within the legal system and law of the kingdom of Jordan, unless agreed elsewhere officially by the company.
10. **Termination of Warranty:**
- Warranty will be terminated after 1 year of purchase.
11. **User Responsibilities:**
- The user must follow all company instruction and product manual for the duration of the warranty period.
12. **Government consumer laws** “Foreign and Domestic”
⁃ Local consumer laws may apply and for any foreign terms, customer must share applicable laws that need to be followed from an official up to date source.
13. **Storage**
⁃ Product must be stored with accordance to its standards away from any element or material that can effect such products “clean, cool, dry, lit, safe, not on hard surfaces, no electromagnetic interference…etc”.
14. **Transportation**
⁃ Good should be handled with care and transported in accordance with the terms or storage.
15. **Force Majeure**
⁃ This warranty is null and avoid in the case of uncontrollable circumstances.
⁃ “In the event that either party is unable to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of nature, war, strikes, or other unforeseeable events, the affected party will be excused from performance for the duration of the disruption. The party facing such circumstances shall promptly notify the other party and make reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as possible.”
16. **Reselling**
⁃ This warranty is not transferable in the case of reselling unless by an authorized reseller.
17. **Trading-In**
⁃ This warranty is not transferable in the case of trade in unless its is returned to the company. Trade ins are subject to company acceptance and guidelines e.g. in the case of upgrading old products from wifi to zigbee.
18. **Disposal**
⁃ These goods should only be disposed with accordance to local municipalities and or governments laws and guidelines.
19. **Lawful use**
⁃ The products shall only be used with accordance to local laws and the customer will be the sole body responsible for any infringement to any laws “Use of camera in public places or effecting any other person/s privacy…etc”. FCS is not liable after the sale of the product to the consumer on the nature of its use.
20. ** Disclaimer **
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective parts. We
do not assume any other liability, including but not limited to, incidental or subsequential damages arising from the use of the product. This includes any direct or indirect damages to property, person/s, subsequential damages to other property and persons, private or public in any nature even through authorized third party who should have their own coverages for any potential damages and are responsible for their own work as service contractors and providers.
